Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern access to tryvorax.com and the Tryvorax Labs tools. By using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep access to your Google account secure and notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. The service is intended for users who can legally enter into a contract.

3. Domain and AI results

Suggestions, availability checks, brand scores and AI-generated content are informational tools, not guarantees or professional legal advice. Availability can change at any time. Before adopting a name, independently verify registration availability, trademarks, company names, social handles and applicable legal requirements.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service unlawfully or to infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
• Do not attempt to bypass limits, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, scrape at unreasonable volume or access another user’s account.
• Do not use generated results to impersonate, deceive, harass or facilitate harmful activity.

5. Plans, payments and cancellation

Prices and plan features are shown before checkout. Stripe processes payments. Recurring Pro subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. When you cancel, automatic renewal stops, but your Pro access remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry it and your Pro access remains active while those retries are in progress. We may notify you to update your payment method through the Stripe billing portal. If Stripe finally marks the subscription as unpaid or the subscription ends after unsuccessful payment attempts, your account will move to the Free plan. Lifetime access applies to the purchased product for as long as that product remains offered, subject to these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal or refund rights, are not limited by these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

Tryvorax and its software, design, trademarks and original content belong to Tryvorax Labs or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service. You retain rights in content you submit. Subject to third-party rights and law, you may use the generated domain suggestions, but no exclusivity or registrability is promised.

7. Third-party services

The service depends on providers including Google, Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI, Porkbun, Resend and Vercel. Their services may be unavailable or subject to separate terms. Links to registrars or other sites do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee.

8. Availability and warranties

We aim to provide a reliable service but may change, suspend or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or successful domain registration.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tryvorax Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, business interruption, loss of data or decisions made from generated results. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

10. Suspension, law and contact

We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, abuse or legal risk. These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Courts with mandatory jurisdiction remain unaffected.
