1. Agreement and accounts
These Terms govern use of tryvorax.com and Tryvorax Labs tools. By using the service, you agree to them. Keep your account access secure and provide accurate information.
2. AI and domain results
Suggestions, availability checks, scores and reports are informational tools, not guarantees or legal, trademark, tax or professional advice. Availability and third-party data can change. Independently verify domains, trademarks, company names and social handles before deciding.
3. Payments
Prices and features are shown before checkout. Stripe processes payments. One-time digital reports are delivered after payment confirmation. Mandatory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal or refund rights, are not limited by these Terms.
4. Use and liability
Do not misuse the service, bypass limits, access another account or infringe rights. To the extent permitted by law, the service is supplied as available and Tryvorax is not liable for indirect loss or decisions made from generated results. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
