1. Who is responsible

Tryvorax Labs operates tryvorax.com and is responsible for the personal data described in this notice. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@tryvorax.com.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data from Google sign-in, such as email address, name, profile image and an internal user identifier.
  • Service data, including searches, saved domains, favorites, plan and account settings.
  • Contact form data: name, email address and the message you choose to send.
  • Payment and subscription references received from Stripe. Tryvorax does not receive or store your full card number.
  • Technical data needed for security and operation, such as IP address, browser information, request logs and error details.
  • Aggregated website usage and performance data through Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights.

3. Why we use it

  • To create and maintain your account and provide requested features.
  • To process payments, subscriptions, cancellations and customer support.
  • To answer messages and operate, secure and improve the service.
  • To understand aggregate usage and diagnose performance or reliability problems.
  • To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.

4. Legal bases

We process account, service and payment data to perform our contract with you. We use technical security, limited analytics and service-improvement data for our legitimate interests in operating a reliable product. We process information when necessary to comply with law, and we ask for consent where the law requires it.

5. Service providers

We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, Google for optional sign-in, Stripe for payments, Resend for contact and service-notification emails, Vercel for hosting, analytics and performance monitoring, OpenAI for AI-assisted domain suggestions, and Porkbun for domain availability services. They receive only the data needed to perform their role and operate under their own terms and privacy notices.

6. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers rely on an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another lawful safeguard offered by the provider.

7. Retention

We keep account and service data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards when needed for legal, accounting, security or dispute purposes. Contact messages and operational logs are kept only as long as reasonably necessary. Payment records may be retained for statutory accounting periods. You may request account deletion through Settings or by email.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to processing, and may withdraw consent at any time. Contact hello@tryvorax.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority; in Spain, this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).

9. Security and children

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Tryvorax is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

10. Changes

We may update this notice as the service or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will remain available on this page.
