1. Controller and contact

Tryvorax Labs operates tryvorax.com from Spain. For privacy requests or questions, contact hello@tryvorax.com.

This policy covers the website, Domain Finder and Landing Page Critic services.

2. Data we collect

• Account data supplied through Google sign-in, including name, email address, profile image and an internal identifier.
• Service data such as searches, saved domains, shortlist activity, account settings and feedback.
• Landing Page Critic requests: name, email address, landing-page URL, report content and purchase/order status.
• Contact-form data, payment and subscription references from Stripe, and technical security data such as IP address, browser information and error logs.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Provide accounts, requested tools, reports, purchases and customer support — performance of a contract or steps requested before a contract.
• Protect the service, prevent fraud, diagnose faults and improve reliability — legitimate interests, balanced against your rights.
• Send optional analytics to Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights only after your consent.
• Meet accounting, tax and other legal obligations where required.

4. Processors and transfers

We use Supabase (authentication and storage), Google (optional sign-in), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting and, if accepted, analytics), OpenAI (AI-assisted content) and domain-availability providers. They receive only data needed for their service.

Some providers may process information outside the EEA. Where required, transfers use an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another lawful safeguard.

5. Retention

We retain account and service data while the account is active and afterwards only for the period needed for legal claims, security, accounting or legal obligations. Contact and report-request data are kept only as long as needed to provide the requested service and handle follow-up. Payment records may be kept for statutory accounting periods.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw optional-analytics consent at any time. Email hello@tryvorax.com; we may need to verify your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): https://www.aepd.es.

7. Security, minors and updates

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Tryvorax is not intended for children under 16. We will update this policy when the service or legal requirements change.
